Beach Phrases

I read an article about Byron Bay and some of David Lesser's phrases
jumped out for me.
Why....they could describe my home town.
Here are some of them mixed in with a few of my own:

Thoughts on Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada

What makes this small town so special?

A modern day experiment in living.

Sun-kissed, friendly people.

A life-changing experience

There's magic at work

A politically conscious community

A meeting place. A woman's place. A healing place.

City folk hang out with Beach folk

Celebrities can visit quietly with little or no fuss

The beaches seem to be private and reserved for each person

Clean lake water

Millions visit
only 16,000 live here

kitschy

People fall in love here

People come here to get well

Meditation is perfect here

Longest freshwater beach in the world.

and on...
and on...
and on...
